DP, this wasn’t the 4Runner’s trial so their decision is irrelevant.

Wait and see what the jury on the civil case decides about the 4Runner.

Nope. Only one person was charged and convicted. Usman is the only person that killed people. He mowed 3 people down and took 2 lives. They died at his hands.

His car only went over the sidewalk and hit the girls because of the other car t boning him. You can’t argue physics, he just got unlucky that his car was the one who hit the girls and made headlines. If that guy never hit him and yielded, no one would’ve died!
