This poll doesn't include third parties, which are likely to have a significant impact in swing states. If you include Kennedy, Trump wins with a fairly comfortable margin. Just like Nader voters tipping the election to Bush in 2000, the third party voters this year are likely to give the election to Republicans.

RFK is actually taking more votes from Trump, which is why Trump has started to lash out at him (after having recruited and financed his campaign)

Net neutrality is back and he changed overtime pay rules, and that was just last week, not that you’ll hear it focused on.
