Has anyone ever shopped with them before? I routinely get their catalogs, and have been tempted several times to buy a pair of pajamas but have never taken the leap because I don't know enough about them. I also saw they have flannel sheets, which I would like to get for DS.

Any shopping experiences (good or bad) would be most welcome).

I've only bought a couple of items from them--the first item was last Christmas, when I bought some cute Elephantito boots for my daughter on a good sale. I'm looking to buy a few more kids clothing items there if there's another good sale (haven't seen as many items for myself that I like).

I thought their stuff ran really big. Everything I bought from them my husband didn't like. I stopped buying from there years ago. With the exception of a great leather purse.

I have their Asian wrap pajamas and like them, nice fabric.

Have also gotten swimsuits, cashmere sweaters and a couple of very simple cotton dresses, all of which have been good quality.

Agree with PP that sizing runs large. I'm 5'3", 110 and always buy XS/0-2.

I rate them highly on merchandise, super low on customer care. Their shipping is quite high and doesn't even entitle you to free returns. Love their stuff, but at this point I won't purchase from them again. The shipping stuff is nonsense I don't want to deal with again.

Totally agree. I like a lot of their stuff but having to pay for shipping & returns really drives me nuts. I would buy SO MUCH MORE from them with free shipping & returns.

I've ordered from them lots of times over the years but have never paid full price so the shipping hasn't bothered me. Very good quality clothes and shoes. Their end of season sales are pretty good. Keep an eye for the sale of the day and new mark downs so you can snag something in your size before it's gone.

+2. If you need to return, you're out almost $30 on the shipping costs to receive and send back. So you feel pretty burned when something doesn't work out. (Currently dealing with a coat return, also sized huge to second some others re: sizing.)
