Substance use is pervasive, and you never know when and at which school it will bubble up.

This is why there are no more teachers. Every little thing in school has to be he said she said crap the pta admin parents kids etc. Usually all the blame is on the teacher who has no support or protectionand everyone can collectively take a dump on the with all their problems and then blame them because they are the only ones who try to help.
