How did he take advantage? He was paid 100k a year to be the conservator which is an actual job. Jamie hates California. He’s always in Louisiana |
It’s not an actual job and it’s unethical to be paid to do it. It’s appalling that the court approved the accountings/Brit’s court appointed attorney didn’t protest. |
The people around her, who moved in on her once she was no longer protected, are likely robbing her blind. It’s an age old story of mentally ill people being taken advantage of. Those who objected to her father paying himself to manage her will now see much worse people rob her blind and shrug that it’s her “choice,” as some a-holes in this thread have. The callousness and evil of so-called fans never fails. If this was their child, would they be so casual about her downward spiral? |
I feel so bad for her. She’s been treated horribly by her family and seems to have no one she can trust.
She attracts loser hanger-on men, too. |
No one in this situation looks good. The entire family is dysfunctional. |
The thing is, they may well have gotten her proper help. Once a severely bipolar person stops taking medicine the decline is almost instant. Doesn't mean she didn't have proper help, it just means she's chosen now not to take her meds. We need better mental health care in this country. |
He certainly did a better job than her , 100k is peanuts to manage the lunacy of Britney |
He can be trashy and a dope smoker but he wouldn't be the first person to leave a pregnant girlfriend for someone else (hello Billy Crudup for Claire Danes). He apparently has a good co-parenting relationship with his Shar Jackson. The dude is from Fresno, so I don't know what kind of guy you expect in terms of cheese/trash level, but there are plenty of cheesy people wh can be good parents. You don't read about him in the news at all although my friend out in California said he did DJ work and other things that would be promoted. But I don't see tabloid info on him doing drugs or getting arrested or whatever. |
+1 exactly |
Uh except they put her on stage like a circus monkey forced her to earn money for everyone else. There’s no law against being poor. Being poor might be the best thing that could happen to her. If it were my child, no, I would not want her performing against her will. Maybe she needs to hit rock bottom and work her way back up to be a cosmetician like Amanda Byrnes. At least it’s her own terms. unless she’s a danger to others she has the right to lead a regular life - just because you want/need for her to be a glamorous star doesn’t mean that’s right for her at all. |
You need your head checked. She is not merely poor. She is severely mentally ill and untreated, with a drug addiction and literal criminals circling her. She doesn’t make it another 5 years at this rate. |
what's the drug of choice? I've not heard that. |
She says adderall but its really everything under the sun. When she was put under the conservatorship, there were lots of rumors that was doing meth. |
“She’s not broke, but she definitely could benefit from being more careful with her cash. For over a decade, other people were in charge of her bank accounts, and every purchase had to be reported to the court — even if it was just a pack of gum. But now, she’s on her own.
She is at the point of recoupment with her $15 million publishing deal and earns very significant royalties for her candid book, which has sold more than 2 million copies in the US alone.” Page six spin. I think this is closer to the truth. She's not broke but will be at the rage she's going |
You all have no idea what goes on in celebrity lives. You only know the lies others tell.
