I am surprised that there is no topic addressing our Great Leader's Sun interview.
https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/6766531/trump-may-brexit-us-deal-off/ After embarrassing his host, he continued to embarrass himself at a press conference with his sub-mediocre speaking skills. Talking about the our nuclear power and Russia's he said "We are massively big and they are very big". |
There is another thread already on his visit to Britain. Bottom line is that everything he said in the interview is true. May is a weak and ineffective leader who is trying to walk back her country’s decision to leave the EU. She will probably try to have a second vote at some point. Thank God elections actually have consequences here. |
Hey dumbass, it isn't his place to voice anything about it while on British soil. He should learn some diplomacy. Such an embarrassment. |
They should re-vote on Brexit given the complications with the Russians.
|
He can say whatever he wants wherever he wants. Traditional rules of diplomacy be damned. If the British Government wants him to leave, they are free to ask him to do so. But they won’t, because they are desperate for a trade deal with the US, which they may or may not get. It’s no fun to be beholden to a stronger power, but that’s where Britain finds itself today. Fortunately the British are masters of passive aggression so they’ll just launch a juvenile response, like flying a stupid balloon over London. |
Go back to your trailer park. You're an idiot. |
President Trump has upended all of the traditional rules, including diplomacy. Do you not get that yet? |
It could equally be said, by the way, that the British public (and Mayor of London) have no place protesting the democratically elected American President. |
You mean nobody is allowed to protest your Great Leader? |
He's on their soil. |
That doesn't make it right. You better hope like hell we don't need them in a war. |
They are free to do so, obviously, but he is free to say what he wants too. |
LOL, something tells me we’ll be OK. Many Brits like President Trump and appreciate his comments, by the way. It really is a global populist movement at this point. |
That balloon was hilariously small. I have seen larger inflatables in Christmas displays. Sad. |
