It appears Brett Kavanaugh is the early favorite. I think he should nominate someone having an elite education background at a minimum. That rules out Mike Lee and others from second tier law schools.

Why would you want an elite education. I want someone who has the brains to read and interpret the Constitution according to founders. That's not what Harvard or Yale turns out today.
