Jeff, I hope you will consider a separate post for the cloture vote footage from last night. The previous thread is so wrapped up with bickering about DACA that people are not seeing (or have not seen footage of) exactly what McConnell said. They have seen sound bites of the first part, but not the rest.
It is important to understand that McConnell clearly articulated what he was proposing. People need to know what he said, and listen.
