Lash Boost side effects?

Anonymous
My friend, a Rodan & Fields seller, finally wore me down and I agreed to buy Lash Boost. I didn't really think about the side effects at the time but just Googled today. While there aren't any reports from people who were using the product correctly (there's one woman on You Tube with a negative video review, but she was using double the daily dose), the ingredients themselves have been know to cause serious, permanent side effects like sunken orbital area and major dry eye.

The side effects listed on the R& F website are very low-key, like irritation on the eye lid, nothing like what's associated with those ingredients.

Has anyone experienced any bad side effects? I've only been using it for a week and it's so expensive I hate to waste it because I'm paranoid. On the other hand, these are my eyes we're talking about!

I have had zero side effects.

OP here -- I just realized this is the second Lash Boost question posted today. Sorry! I'm definitely not a weird R&F person trying to drum up internet activity.

I haven't had any side effects. Maybe b/c you're putting it on the lash line and not directly on the eye? Now it makes me want to rethink this but I haven't had any problems.

It makes you look like you have pubes coming out of your eyelids

It can change your eye color permanently.

I thought that was specific to Latisse, but not Lash Boost.

It is. I used Lash Boost and had great results with zero side effects. I stopped using it because I didn't want to keep spending the money to have long lashes but I do miss them.

How much does it cost? I don't want to tell my r&f rep friend that I'm remotely interested, but I am curious. Her fb results look impressive. I haven't seen her in person since she stared using.

How long does the effect last after you stop use?

$150 for a 2-month supply, though mine lasted more like three months.

The effect diminished about a month after I ran out.

your eyes and lashes have to be clean- I have heard of a handful of people getting sty's but we later found out their lashes were not as clean as they thought they were. if you have any left over eye make up, and you put too much Lash Boost on, it can cause a sty. especially if your prone to stys.. (i cant spell it either)

Used it and had to quit! Caused major swelling and itching! Driving me crazy! I only used it for 3 weeks and not every night. Cleaned my eyes when I put it in. I will admit to having super sensitive skin but thought I could get by with only using it 2-3 times a week. Too expensive to not be able to use, but eyes are more important!

Something to be aware of is that Lash Boost contains almond oil and pumpkin seed oil if people have allergies. I almost bought it but looked at the ingredients and realized I would have a bad reaction since I'm allergic to those foods.
