Tom Price's behavior was disgusting long before he ascended to Trump's cabinet courtesy of the GOP. They voted him in knowing how sleazy and underhanded he is, how he profited from insider trading, how corrupt he is. They should not be surprised that he's a grifter. He has not changed.
