| Where do you like to stay with your kids in NYC? |
| We have always stayed at the Sheraton or Hilton just below Central Park on the Avenue of the Americas. Very centrally located, easy to walk to a lot of different sights and activities. If you can, stay on a concierge floor so you get access to the special concierge rooms on the top floors (breakfast, cookies all day, etc). Our kids loved going there and it made breakfast in the morning a little easier. |
| I like Marriotts and have recently stayed at the one in Herald Sq. and another near Bryant Park that have been great. Both convenient to everything. We usually wait for a good deal and plan our trips around that. |
| The Lucerne Hotel - Upper West side |
| Le Parke Meridian |
| Hilton Times Square |
| There are some god suggestions here. I've also like The Conrad with kids. |
| I really like the Tryp Hotel. They have family sized rooms with a queen bed plus a bunk and living room area. |
No. |

Marriott Residence Inn- I prefer the one near Central Park because its in walking distance to the playground and a Whole Foods. However, the one near Bryant Park is great for families as well.
Doubletree Suites Times Square |
DH, DS and I stayed here when DS was 5. We chose it mostly for the central location and the roof top pool. DS did like the pool, but otherwise I didn't like the hotel. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds, and got one king. |
Our family also likes the Conrad and the Grand Hyatt for its easy access to Grand Central Market below and Bryant Park/Times Square nearby. |
^^ Forgot to add, the Grand Hyatt also does a club level that is very nice. |
| This is hard to answer without $$ but the element has free breakfast, kitchenettes, and a free happy hour. |
| Hotel Giraffe has biggish rooms, breakfast, and constant snacks included. It's not near the Park, though, which is nice for playgrounds and the Zoo. |
