DS is 3 y.o. and is currently in a daycare / preschool program full time and has been there for about 9 months. We started him in day care at 26 months as we had twins and thought it a better alternative to having his needs constantly deferred to the craze of two infants. The twins are home with a nanny. DS has adjusted to his school and is increasingly enjoying it but he also loves to be at home.
I am trying to figure out if I should move him to a half day program as the twins are now more manageable so have can come home to eat , play and nap. The cost would be a little less and the logistics different but not necessarily harder. Any thoughts on the half versus full day options.... |
I would think that sounds much nicer. With twins, I understand your logic when they were littler, but surely your older must feel a bit left out sometimes that he can't be home more to play with his siblings and just hang out there. |
