My daughter will be attending an all day program. She needs a backpack, but I can't decide what type.
Does anyone have any suggestions? |
LL Bean and Lands End have smaller sized ones for preschoolers. I would suggest not getting one w/ a character on it since they will inevitably hate that character halfway through the year I bought a cheaper one at The Childrens' Place a few summers ago that has worked well. |
Pottery Barn Kids also has a preschool-sized backpack.
My son doesn't carry a backpack to preschool because his school asked parents to avoid them. He carries a canvas bag because it's easier for the teachers to put things in and get things out. It's also easier to fit in their art projects. |
My son's preschool also doesn't allow backpacks-no space for them. |
These are the perfect size IMO

I think a tote bag for your son would be easier. Will they allow a tote bag? |
We always use Lands End. I like it because the back packs can be monogramed with my child's name. |
