What is the probable cause of my symptoms?

Anonymous
In a month I have lost 20 pounds, I have to force myself to eat for the record. I am seriously bloated. My 5'10 DH weighs 181 his waist circumference is smaller than mine, I NOW have a circumference of 38' I have NEVER had a belly. I have diarrhea every day, usually in the morning. I stay nauseous, extremely fatigued, pelvic pain, abdominal cramping, lower back pain. I am sleeping every chance I can get. I have tried everything OTC available, nothing is working! I really need to get better, but I have no idea what is wrong? Ideas?

See your GYN asap. Not to be alarmist but those are all symptoms of ovarian cancer.

Yes--please start with your PCP. That is what they are there for. This could be any number of things. If for some reason you do not have a PCP, you could try your OB GYN.

Oh my gosh-- you need to see a doctor immediately. Please do not delay.

WHY are you posting on DCUM with those symptoms and not RUNNING to your doctor?! You need true medical help - nothing we say here can and will help you.

You need to get a full blood panel. Could be anything. Parasite, cancer, thyroid issues...

See a gastroenterologist. Now.

I had a lot of GI issues that I tried to diagnose through the internet (I do that a lot of the time). But this is one of those things that needs diagnostic tests to ever be able to figure out. I finally saw a GI doc and he found two major problems. It's such a relief to finally know what's going on.

+1 Doctor right away. Rule out cancer first, common GI stuff second and then move on to infections such including Lyme/tick diseases etc.

My thought as well. Not to scare you, op, but that should be looked at as a possibility and hopefully ruled out.
