OJ simpson Died

Also, their tongues were cut out. This is something mafia or cartels do regularly to snitches. Someone who has never ever killed before cannot slit someone’s throat and cut off their tongue with a knife unless they’ve killed before . The crime was so horrific that there’s no way a speck of blood in a car and sock ans nothing on the carpets or anywhere else would be found. It was extremely bloody and brutal and precise as if it was done by a kill squad that professionally does hits like this routinely .

Of course they’re relevant. Oj was at the airport after 11pm . Why can’t they release her phone records if there’s nothing to hide? Oj was totally framed

JFC with the phone records. Had the phone records actually demonstrated that Nicole was speaking with her mom after 11 pm, after OJ was already in the limo headed to the airport, this trial never would have happened. I know you’re not a lawyer, but that is something called Brady evidence, and something the defense would have an absolute right to. The fact that Judge Ito didn’t give it to them means the records did not show a phone call between Nicole and her mom after 11 pm. Or wait, was Judge Ito out to frame OJ too

I know you aren’t a lawyer. Under Brady, the prosecution , (which includes the state and cops for those that aren’t legally inclined) only have to disclose to the defense “clearly exculpatory evidence” .

You’re a moral person I’d hope so of course to you , you don’t see how anyone can be a suspect if an alibi checks out. What I’m telling you is it absolutely happens . Cops have tunnel vision and ignore anything that doesn’t fit the narrative. They are the prosecutions case and are the most powerful in this link. They make the case before the case even starts , they present all the evidence, the prosecutors simply are the mouthpiece and believe what the cops tell them to believe.

Even with all of Ojs money and fame, the state spent twice as much as he did to try to convict him and they still lost. If the case was a slam dunk as people say; such an effort by the state to prove beyond reasonable doubt wouldn’t be needed. There was such a heavy push to convict OJ but when one leaves emotions aside and simply looks at the case objectively, one can see how the timeline, logistics of double stabbing two people at once as a lone Wolf, and boarding a limo and plane in half an hour just doesn’t make sense .

Dumb@ss, I was a prosecutor for over a decade. You duck every single thing I post because you can’t refute it. You were blathering on and on about the phone records and that Judge Ito sealed them, but they clearly show Nicole alive and talking to her mom during the time where OJ squarely has an alibi. And I am telling you point blank that Judge Ito would not have sealed any such records because they would be clearly exculpatory. That limo driver was probably the best witness in the whole case, and if phone records had established that Nicole was alive and well after the limo driver laid eyes on OJ, this case never gets prosecuted. But continue on with your conspiracy theories that are playing fast and loose with the facts.

Oh, dear. Phone records are not hard evidence on a crime scene. You have to procure them but one can’t do so without permission . The judge refused to procure them because he said they weren’t relevant to the case.

Duh. The judge and prosecutor and cops all work together. That’s why acquittal is highly unusual. The chips are stacked against a defendant -not even including media and court reporters. The only hope they have are two things: 1. Good defense lawyers , 2. The jury .

The phone records were never even procured . The defense tried to get them but Judge Ito said no.

Try again, the prosecution and defense had the records.

No they didn’t. They based that on Nicole’s mothers testimony that she spoke to them earlier about her glasses.

The defense tried to get the phone records specifically for after 11pm. The judge said no. Remember, the coroners office and state says Nicole died at 10pm.

Cherry picking goes on . It just does. There were also neighbors who said they heard voices of men arguing around midnight. They were pressured by police not to testify. One of them even got in trouble by the police for something minor simply because they wanted to testify that they swore they heard voices at 11:30-midnight

For obvious reasons, the judge said it’s not relevant. They can’t allow phone records from 11pm. Otherwise, the states entire case falls apart because the time of death was reportedly at 10-10:30pm.

During the funeral (before Nicole’s time of death was established by the state ) , OJ Says he heard about Nicole’s mother saying she had last spoken to her mother at 11pm. Mr. Brown supposedly mentioned that . It could’ve been his memory was fuzzy and it was actually 9:50 or 10:15 or 10:30 that she spoke to her mom and not 11pm. He could be right . Nobody would ever know without records

Lou Brown told the coroner the next day (June 14th) that his wife and Nicole were on the phone at 11pm the night before

12:10 a.m. - The bodies of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman are discovered outside her townhouse.

It took 2 hours for people in a quiet neighborhood to notice a frantic , yelping dog was lost/on the loose and wasn’t being quiet?

Or is it likely it happened at 11-11:30. Dog runs around frantic for 30 minutes before someone calls police

It’s sadly true. Those killings weren’t some haphazardly done crazed crime of passion. Someone familiar with jugular vein, joints and knives did that crime .

Before I went to team innocent, I thought perhaps OJ wielded a gun and that’s how he was able to threaten and stab two people together .

This theory doesn’t work however when once notices the defensive wounds on Ron and Nicole especially Ron. His knuckles definitely connected with someone because they were so bruised. You wouldn’t put up a fight with a gun to your mouth or head.

What’s also true news is Mark Fuhrman claimed to his cop buddies that he dated Nicole after the divorce. He bragged about seeing her boobs and talked about her in a manner that creeped out his associates and this was before the murders.

I’m in the middle of re-watching the brilliant documentary OJ: Made in America - consider this another plug for anyone who has not yet seen it.

And I have to say I’m as outraged today as I was 30 years ago to hear so many people defending O.J., the wife murdering longtime wife abuser.

Even though I’ve since spent decades in law school and then practicing criminal law and I know how broken everything is, I persist in the idealism that someday people will take ‘domestic’ violence truly seriously.

I’m deluded, I know it. But a woman can dream . . .

I hope we won’t have too many more pages of posters defending O.J. Could we please just have more posts reviling him for the terrorist and murderer he was, and for how he unraveled America in ways we are still trying to comprehend and reconcile?

I’m glad the juice has expired. Sorry he got to grow old and watch his kids grow after he stole all of Nicole’s entire adult life.

You would prefer Nicole’s kids be an orphan or broke and permanently indebted to the Goldmans? Nicole wouldn’t want that

Google Columbian neck tie.

It was done . This is a professional kill method to quickly slit someone’s throat in like 50 seconds . Brutal and mostly done in mob hits to informants

The blood from these stabbings were so severe they seeped inside the grout and pooled inside the cracks in the concrete .

How could there not be a similar pooling of blood in the Bronco? 1/8 of a drop is ridiculous. A razor Nick or paper cut can produce more blood

It’s just one poster going on and on about OJ’s innocence.

Whoever it is, I’m reminded so much of Christine Maggiore, the HIV positive AIDS denialist who refused to take HIV preventative medicine while pregnant and who subsequently breastfed her infant daughter, Eliza. When Eliza died from AIDS at age 4, Maggiore deluded herself into thinking it was an anaphylactic reaction to antibiotics. Meanwhile the autopsy showed that Eliza’s brain tissue was riddled with the HIV virus, but the coroner was in on the conspiracy, of course.

I can see how Maggiore would delude herself, because the reality was too painful to deal with, but this poster is simply mind boggling. Why would you be in denial of the obvious guilt of a stranger? I’m truly fascinated by it. How incredibly bizarre.

But don’t worry, PP, almost everyone understands that OJ did it.
