IIRC last year the final calendar for 15-16 came out in April or May

Teacher are supposed to say April 1st when they are coming back, but how can they say when they don't know what they are coming back to you. No information from DCPS or the Uniion.

Anonymous status has not been "abolished." There are a number of DCPS schools that are autonomous, including Janney, Mann, Hyde-Addison, Key.

Jeez -- if they had kept "autonomy," schools might have been able to avoid this LEAP albatross. I suppose there is no hope of bringing it back, with this crew at DCPS.

No, not abolished definitely. Wording from minutes is: "...possibility that DCPS would move toward ending "autonomy" designation for schools"
