I was especially struck by the husband's swiping his ex-wife's cell phone while she was in the hospital (paragraph 119), letting his lawyer wear the ex-wife's wedding ring at her deposition (paragraph 129), creating "NCD" shirts (paragraph 136), and having some bizarre fetish with sunglasses (paragraphs 137-139).

NP. Wow, these folks sound like real winners. And Sidwell really screwed up by not getting out ahead of the problem and resolving it quietly before this blew up so publicly. Although since it won't cost them prestige or $, long-term maybe they did the right thing.

Yes, I'm just a "random person" without connection to either side. The complaint is only about 40 pages, and I'm a litigator so I'm pretty adept at skimming through the crap and summarizing it for clients. It took me about 5 minutes to download the complaint from PACER, and 10 more to read and summarize it, plus another 5 minutes to figure out how to upload it anonymously for you to read.

Count me as a second random person who found the complaint ( filed pro se by TM) to be fascinating. The reference to DCUM was weird until I realized this was a complaint intended to get her story out. At least one of these two Sidwell parents is very sick.

It's clear that both sides have used the complaints in lawsuits to get their side of the story out to the public. While I'd ordinarily feel sorry for Tara and Terry, they are the ones putting this information out there. There seem perfectly willing to take others into the mud with them. What a disaster for Sidwell.
