whats the deal with sprayground backpacks at high schools?

I know someone who teaches at a PGCPS school, and these are very common I'll tell you for sure. What's the problem with you and these backpacks anyway? I think they don't seem to hold any problem with me aside from those copypasted shark mouth designs with those hoodies.

Those bags with the fake graffiti or cartoon characters with them, never remember what they were till I randomly just saw this post. I could remember seeing one of these bags too when there was a kid that had a yellow astronaut backpack in the school.
