I would call your pediatrician's after hours number, even though it's not an emergency. It's definitely a legitimate question since dosage for infants is based on weight.

according to the sheet I've got from my ped, it should be 1.6 ml - the dropper is marked at the .8 (since that's the dosage for lighter) and you fill 2x to the .8

My DD had a fever recently. She was 18 lb.s 9 oz and the nurse told me 1.2ml. Since the medicine dropper is .8 do one "full" squirt and then a "half" (.4).

Hope your little babe feels better soon.

My baby is 8 months and 18 lbs and was recently very sick (fever, ear infection). They told me "one whole dropper full" of infant tylenol and to alternate the doses with baby motrin (which has a baby dose listed on the pkg). They also told me I could administer every 3 hours if needed (per Kathy and Dr. Jones at CMG - we had to go several times because he was so sick.) All better now

I was told 1 full dropper (.8) my 6 month old.

my three year old 30 lbs son take 2 droppers (1.6 ml) so that may be too much for a 20 lb infant.
