This one just came on the market - https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/4222-42nd-St-NW-20016/home/45505083 6 beds, 4.5 baths, and updated. So quite large for AU Park and nicely done from what the pictures show. Also, close to Tenley and Janney. My only quibbles, the slanty shower (picture 24) and I'd love bigger patio doors that really open up. I've seen some 12" tall pella sliders that create a wall of glass installed recently.
This is definitely a new high for the neighborhood, but given the house, they just might get it. |

House looks nice but that is a bold price.
I would not want to live on 42nd St. Lot of traffic and I hate those mini circles. Very interesting to see what this goes for. |

You mean the Homeless Shelter at Cathedral Commons? That's not here. But the 42nd St area is kinda being fu--ed by the new AU Law School megaplex. |
