Something fun for 40 yr olds in National Harbor / Alexandria

I am hosting some friends for a 40th birthday celebration (I note the age because we are not looking for a 20-something bar crowd).

I've heard Bobby McKey's is fun, and I wonder what else there is to do after we finish dinner at National Harbor.
If not in National Harbor, anywhere in Alexandria?
We are not looking to jam into a bar with strangers, but some entertainment (music, etc.) would be nice.

Bobby McKey's is fun and is pretty much it, unless you want to bar hop.

Light horse on king street is a bar but with live bands that play 80s/ 90s and the crowd skews older 30s-50s. My 40 something girlfriends and I go out once every other month or so for ladies night here.
