Anyone know what size shirt a 13 year-old-boy typically wears???

No offense, but this question is like asking "What size shirt does a 35 yo woman usually wear?" It could range from small and skinny to XL.

Hi OP, My just turned 14 year old wears a mens size small. DS is about five feet tall and very thin. He prefers the mens shirts now rather than kids sizes. If I do buy him a kids shirt at the Gap it has to be XXL and that barely fits. Hope this helps.

My 13 YO is on the small side and wears the largest possible kids size (XXL at Gap) or a men's XS or S. usually the latter is a little big and the former small so it is an awkward age/size.

My 12 and a half year old is built like a giant. Not really chunky, just big. He wears an XL shirt or a men's small. Size 16 pants and 16 button down shirt.
