| I'm so terrible about drinking water and am perpetually dehydrated. |
| Usually, all told, about three big glasses. In addition to unsweetened iced tea and 1 cup of coffee, which I'm also counting toward my water consumption. |
PS More in the heat of the summer. |
|
I keep a 24 oz water bottle on my desk. I refill it twice while at work. I probably drink close to 15 ozs right after waking up in the morning (a few different times, I am thirsty when I wake up) and before I leave the house. And another 10 or so ozs after work and before bed.
So, that's roughly 73 ozs, give or take. Having a water bottle (not a small glass) on your desk helps. I also keep one on my nightstand. |
| Recently, I started aiming for half my weight in ounces. ie, with a weight of 150, I'd aim to drink 75oz. Having a numerical goal has made my water consumption go way up! |
| At least 64 ounces. I drink a large container (32 ounces) twice. Then more water when working out |
| 80-120 ounces a day. I keep a big bottle (40+ oz) on my desk. That helps. |
|
80-100oz a day. I'm pregnant now and drink about 150oz.
How do you people that drink 3 glasses of water a day survive? 36oz? |
| I thought I was doing pretty well my one 32 oz water bottle a day, plus coffee/tea. Guess I need to up my game! |
| 32-48 oz while at work, plus about another 32 oz at home (I drink a full 16 oz glass with dinner and before bed). Plus, another 16 oz during my work outs. |
| i have a 24 oz drink cold drink cup from starbucks that i refill twice during the day. Plus ice cold water first thing in the morning, and probably a good 10z-15 oz more in the evening depending on what im eating |
| I fill up my water bottle twice at work. |
| I drink 64-108 council a day. (I keep track using my Fitbit app.) I learned that I feel gross if I drink less than 70 or so. |
64-108 *ounces Oops! |
| Half my weight in ounces (currently 100oz/day), starting my day off with lemon juice or oil in 8oz of water. |
