Former defense attorney and prosecutor here - not sure where armchair lawyer got their internet law degree, but yes of course people are convicted all the time on circumstantial evidence alone. Despite what you’ve seen watching CSI for decades, many criminal cases don’t yield forensic evidence.

I feel like there are people posting here who don’t recall or never knew the established facts of the O.J. case.

O.J. was witnessed by multiple people standing next to a large garbage receptacle at LAX while waiting to check into his flight the night of the murders. One witness saw him pulling his arm/hand back up and out of the receptacle, seemingly after placing something down into the trash.

O.J. could easily have worn a protective suit over his clothing - the kind you can get at home improvement stores for painting, for instance - and removed it immediately following the murders leaving only small drops of blood on his person which then transferred to the inside of the Bronco, his sock, etc. He placed the suit inside a plastic bag inside his duffel bag and left it inside a receptacle at LAX when he was checking in for his flight - along with the murder weapon probably.

It is far from impossible that he could have committed the murders in the time frame available and be present for his limo driver to take him to LAX without being slathered in blood.

Most people shower, and are in a rush to make a flight on time. Most people carry a duffel bag for a flight. That’s normal.

What isn’t normal is the EDTA and the lack of blood whatsoever on OJ’s carpeting and Bronco. If he drove back, the white Bronco would have blood all over it and DNA of Nicole and Ron’s all over.

I call bull on the dumpster eyewitness. The LAPD wouldve pulled the trash from the dumpster or city dump to try and retrieve these items. Also, why would he leave a glove and sock behind if he disposed of everything else? The defense used the LAPD’s own photographs to prove the evidence appearing later is suspicious and probably from the missing 1 mm blood withdrawn from OJ.

Not one of those witnesses provides him with an alibi. None of the witnesses proves much of anything, other than really expensive lawyers can muddy the waters enough for a jury that didn’t want to convict OJ and give them the legal justification (reasonable doubt) to do so. But he killed them, and you are really odd. A couple of abusive murderers are who you’re defending? I’d be scared for your wife but I think it’s a pretty safe bet that you don’t and won’t ever have one. Maybe we should tell your Mom not to bring you your cheesy poofs in the basement today. The only thing racist was the investigation that didn’t look into Fate Resnick , Ron Goldman, or Nicole’s drug activities. Resnick moved in with Nicole, within days Nicole’s dead and Resnicks supposedly checking in to rehab. Why didn’t the cops look into who she owed? It could’ve been mistaken identity where the killers thought Nicole was Faye.

No witnesses saw the murders except for the dog and possibly the kids so anyone who is sure OJ did it isn’t sure. They are assuming

And assuming based on a shaky prosecution timeline. A clean as a whistle car is just physically impossible after butchering two people to death. Where was all the blood? Where’s the bloody footprint in the car? No Bruno Magli shoeprint there or on his driveway. How would he wipe blood at night on concrete? Was he that exacting but somehow left the glove at the scene which didn’t appear in LAPD evidence collection till weeks later?

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see the case never made good sense .

Finding EDTA on the small drops of OJ’s blood is also a human anomaly. No human can produce EDTA. It’s a test tube clearing agent . His blood “went missing” in the lab. Detectives transferred the vial to the crime scene . I wonder why

The only thing racist was the investigation that didn’t look into Fate Resnick , Ron Goldman, or Nicole’s drug activities. Resnick moved in with Nicole, within days Nicole’s dead and Resnicks supposedly checking in to rehab. Why didn’t the cops look into who she owed? It could’ve been mistaken identity where the killers thought Nicole was Faye.
