DR. Dehal and Dr. Taub (new docs Fair Ridge)

There is another post about this but only 1 answer about the new docs. Fair Ridge has a great reputation. At least Hodges and Zaita do but there is really no info on Dehal and Taub their newest doctors. I'd love to hear some reviews/info about them. Anyone deliver with them? What was the experience?

Also for Fair Oaks/Fair Ridge if you delivered or have discussed deliver:
- How long were you allowed to labor?
- How long were you allowed to push before interventions/c-section?
- Are you allowed to walk around/try different positions?
- Any other hospital policies I should be aware of?

I've only met with each once. As much as you can get from a 15 min appointment, I liked both. Personality wise, they were both very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, etc...

But, like I said, haven't delivered, and only seen each once.

I am on my second baby at fair ridge. With my first, Taub wasn't there yet but Dehal was. I actually saw Dehal for most of my appointments (not planned --that's just how it worked out) and really grew to love her. She is knowledgeable and upfront and always put my mind at ease. I grew to have a great personal relationship with her. I spent my whole pregnancy hoping she'd be the one to deliver my baby, but it ended up being Dr. Hodges which I would not change FOR THE WORLD. I loved everything about him. He was so calm, reassuring and insanely smart. He knew exactly what he was doing and he made me feel so incredibly at peace. To this day, the only way I can describe my delivery is that I literally zoned everyone out but him. It's just like we had this communication and understood eachother and it was, beautiful. Really. I felt like he got me, he knew exactly what I was going through, and I trusted him to help me.

I'm now 34 weeks pregnant with my second and have seen taub a couple times. I actually really love her. She is probably a bit less conventional than the others. She is open to western medicine approaches (ex - red raspberry leaf tea, you assisting with the delivery of your baby, delayed cord clamping, etc.). Overall, the whole practice is accepting if that's what you want, but it seems to me like Taub agrees with it and embraces it. She seems to spend more time with you at appointments, ask a lot of questions about how you're doing, cares to learn about your family, etc.

Between these two pregnancies I had a miscarriage that Hodges saw me completely through. I then got pregnancy again (unplanned) two weeks after my miscarriage and had to go for ultrasounds every two weeks from 4 weeks-10 weeks. I saw hodges exclusively. We really bonded and I was so sad when he told me that we had it under control and it was time to see other doctors. He is truly a great, great man.

Dr. Zaita was the one who was supposed to deliver my daughter, but Dr. Hodges and her switched at the last minute. I like Dr. Zaita. I will agree she can be abrupt. I also think she is probably one of the best doctors there (next to Hodges). She's brilliant, extremely good at what she does, and I would trust her with my life. When she walked into my 39 week appointment with my daughter and I was hysterically crying, she called the hopsital right away to have me scheduled to be induced that night. She may not always be warm and fuzzy, but she knows her shit and has good inuition into situations. She is less likely to entertain mundane, normal pregnancy concerns. But she would never overlook big stuff.
