Manafort, Papadopoulos, Gates down - who's next?

It’s kind of pathetic all Mueller got was stuff happened before 2014. Only one conviction for FARA since 1966. I am sure Manafort will have no problem turning on Trump if Mueller let’s him walk, which he will. The problem is he has nothing on Trump because the collusion didn’t happen.

Yes, they colluded, but it's not a crime. Amirite?

I think he will be more to the end. He will not go for family until very late in the game.

or to put it another way

we will know when this is ending when family get charged.

Do you think Pence will ever end up caught up?

Who do you think started off innocent, and only got corrupted/turned into a criminal once they got involved with Trump?

You mean the Obama administration in which the biggest scandal was a tan suit? No, I can't imagine anything like the current slough happening back then.

PP - you are wrong about the Obama's biggest scandal -- remember Michelle's sleeveless dress? That was so AWFUL.

I think Mueller is thisclose to bringing an indictment for that

Hillary didn't have much, if anything t do with the approval of the sale of a Canadian company to Russian interests, but I agree that Tony Podesta could be a low level target of the investigation.

She approved the sale of uranium to them--Russia. Her husband accepted $500K for a speech in Russia during the consideration period. Her campaign manager worked for the same group that represented them. No connection?

Are you just stupid or you live perpetuating lies? I am guessing stupid.

Don't feed the trolls. Don't. Feed. The. Trolls.

One thing billionaires (and CEOs, etc.) are very, very good at is getting subordinates to do the crimes while they themselves (the billionaires) appear above it all. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump had a history of this sort of behavior.

Billionaires (like Trump?) might understand how to keep themselves clean of financial crimes. But I don't think Trump has any understanding of politics, or legals issues involved in running for election and campaign finance, collusion and obstruction of justice.

He truly doesn't seem to understand that pressuring an "employee" such as the AG to stop an investigation could be a serious crime. "He works for me!"

It's early days yet. Patience.

Without an independent investigation, no one knows whether Russians did get 20% of our uranium or not. It's highly suspicious that Clinton foundation got 145 million dollars from donors tied to uranium deal.

Many legal experts agree that collusion is not a crime. Google Alan Dershowitz to find out. But Mueller can't even find evidence of collusion. A low level guy trying to set up a meeting is not collusion. The meeting never happened because the campaign shot it down.

It is nearing the end. American people are sick of seeing their tax dollars wasted.

A. Mueller has exhausted witnesses unless he wants to conduct fishing expedition for stuff not related to elections. I don't believe Mueller is a Ken Star type of person.

B. If he decides to conduct witch hunt further, congress will defund his operation

or

C. Trump fires Mueller

I think you're saying that Trump Jr and Kushner met with a Russian impersonator and not with Veselnitskaya. Got it.

I agree that it's nearing the end. Trump and his campaign have been pretty unsubtle about everything.

I'm going with D, though, none of the above.
