The roasts have always had a topic or two that was off limits. Trump did one and it was obvious that no one was allowed to question how rich he was.

She did! I watch a lot of standup and am generally not a big fan of her humor, but she was by far the best at this roast. Totally killed it.

We are halfway through and it is hilarious! I’m also surprised at how inappropriate it is. People like Kevin Hart, who are so mainstream now, seemed so chill to say what they wanted, like there weren’t cameras around or something. Totally worth a watch.

You can’t cancel someone for what they said at a roast, where it is expected you will be crude and offensive. It’s part of the rules in the Hollywood Cancelation Rulebook (as negotiated and approved by SAG-AFTRA).
