How many retirement eligible Feds are planning to retire if Trump is elected?

They will. The good news is that when you get your social security 3 years after applying for it, it should include the back benefits for those three years. Although if it doesn’t, good luck getting it fixed.

But hey— it helps keep social security solvent.

These are people who firmly held the line and pushed back several times against illegal activities Trump appointees asked them to perform in the last T administration.

Good…go…

The government has a huge problem with boomers sitting in leadership roles that don’t understand technology, can’t keep up with what’s going on around them, look for ways out of work instead of trying to work, do nothing all day and cost a lot of taxpayer money.

We need a new breath of fresh air in the government and as someone who worked for the feds and left because I’ve never seen so much incompetence in my life I can say kicking the boomers out is required for things to get better

Slash the workforce and shore up money for social security checks. That’s a political winner.

We just want a much smaller government.

Government passes complicated legislation, forces taxpayers to give government their money in the form of taxes, and then complains about the situation. Look in the mirror feds.

No one's getting off the federal sugar-train without being RIF'd. It's easy money. I'll eat my hat if you see it.

I'm working for one now and there is a lot of truth to this.

Just to name a few

Trump slashed 2/3 of the CDC staff leading up to the coronavirus outbreak. How did that reduction work out for the American population.

Most of America doesn't know what that will mean for them.

Obviously less taxes. Taxes are out-of-control. Enough is enough already.

Fed salaries are a tiny percentage of federal spending. If you want lower taxes you need to stop spending on defense and social security/medicare.

Sure they will.

The federal government still has to operate. What eventually happens is that they hire contractors at two or three times the cost of a permanent federal worker. My friend used to cost $250 an hour in the early 2000s for IT work. Trump’s cronies that own consulting companies will be getting richer.

Well then we need a much smaller population. Stop forcing women to have unwanted babies who will stretch the already thin social programs. More people, more government needed.

Good luck getting things like the quick replacement of the Key Bridge accomplished without federal help. You people have the intelligence of gnats.
