Bumping up this old thread. Any updated thoughts on Baltimore Armour? The club in general and specifically their GA teams? |
They are a weak club at best. If your DD is a lower level GA player, they might provide you an opportunity. |
The 2010 Girls GA team is the standout - regional GA champs last year, tracking at the top this year as well. The rest of the teams are mid to low-tier in the GA league. See Mid-Atlantic conference per age group:
https://system.gotsport.com/org_event/events/27199 All teams train at SAC's Covenant Park field so stable on practice location unlike any of the other MD GA or ECNL teams. 3 coaches, one of them only coaches one team this year. Generally low drama, players seem happy though not terribly challenged. Not known for strong college connections but participate in all major GA showcases. |
What about the boys' program? They seem to have strong college placements. |
They are still better than any top ECNL RL team or low tier ECNL in the area. |
They're like a 40 degree day. Ain't nobody got nothing to say about a 40-degree day. Fifty. Bring a smile to your face. Sixty, people are near barbecuing. Go down to 20, people get their blood complaining. But forty? Nobody cares about 40. |
