I thought it was very telling to the nature of their relationship that Keshia didn't feel she could call Bill Cosby for a donation. She said they haven't talked on the phone in years, but have run into each other at Cosby show functions. I have an old boss/mentor that I haven't spoken to in years outside of an occasional Facebook/Linkedin hello, but I know I could have called him if I were in Keshia's shoes and he would have helped me. Malcolm Jamal Warner has hinted that he and Bill Cosby aren't as close as the images would have you believe. He seems to have become very crotchety in his old age and I wonder if he's alienated his old castmates.

Oh and Kenya will devour those weaklings on her team.

They are all celebrities, and if I was KNP I would have made the call to BC. She had the access that millions of people raising funds for charity would have loved. She failed to use an asset. All he could have said was no. The money was not for her, but for a charity. She blew it, but Goslin should have been the one booted.

Aging seems to do this to a lot of people. If they were mean when they were young, old age makes them meaner not kinder.

I haven't seen it, but I think it's in good taste not to call him. The Cosby Show went off the air 22 years ago. She had to be in middle school at the time. Either he was a mentor figure like a teacher, or (since it's showbiz) a coworker. Can you think of any of your middle school teachers or coworkers from 20 years ago that you can comfortably hit up for money for a tv show that is, in and of itself, a publicity stunt for celebrities trying to get back in the mainstream?

Besides, who is to say she hasn't already traded on his name over the years to stay relevant anyway?
