Mystified...
I think the owners of the camp are closing. Sheridan's camp was hosted there, but I didn't realize they owned. it.
Yeah, they owned it. I heard that now they're selling it to camp horizon. What's weird is that they didn't tell any Sheridan people they were selling it- not even an email. It's weird.
Wait. Sheridan doesn't own the camp?
P.S. I thought Sheridan owned the camp. Does it? And they're selling it?
Where did you get this information? There is nothing reported on the Sheridan school website or on the Mountain Campus website.
They didn't sell it you goof. They made an agreement with horizon to have them manage it and refurbish it and in exchange they can use it and make money off it when sheridan kids aren't there (like in the summer)
It's not being sold. Sheridan is just partnering with Camp Horizons to run their outdoor program; it's still owned and controlled by the school. I'd suggest talking to people at the school if you're worried; they've been very open about the decision and the reasons behind it.
This has always been discussed-- why are you trying to create drama? Sheridan is one of the best schools in the city- get over yourself.
|
"Sheridan is one of the best schools in the city- get over yourself."
Oh, the irony. |
But they didn't do the summer camp last summer, which is weird.
A lot of weird things happened at Sheridan last year.
