Bet Nina Totenberg is on it! She has covered for the court for years. Nothing gets by her and her fellow reporters. I mean her access to the court…she is on first name basis with many of the Justices. Same with all the lawyers who worked before the court. They would surely make a stink about something like this! They do not care about access. The justices are not petty hyper partisan unaccountable people. They would never hold a grudge.

DP, but my God. The gaslighting. The craven Senate majority leader refused to allow a vote on a SC nominee to fill Scalia's seat because it was an election YEAR. Then he filled a SC seat under the same circumstances just weeks before an election. This after the Federalist Society and Leo have engineered a pipeline of conservative judicial nominees, to the exclusion of other nominees, for something like 20 years. It's anti-democratic and should be criminal.

Got to ask why even hid it? Just give him a suitcase of cash before each case and send him a monthly retainer check. Nothing will happen. There is no way to open an investigation and there will never be an impeachment.
