No doubt with lots of crony consultants, shady co-bidders and politically connected fixers and skimmers all out to ensure that "the community" gets a big piece of the $200 million action.

As suggested earlier, just rename DE more appropriately the Marion Barry School of the Arts and Grafts, after DC's notoriously corrupt, late crackhead mayor-for-life.

+1. And, everyone in this thread deserves $10k in consulting fees for the hard work involved in coming up with such an appropriate and memorable new brand for the school
