Postpartum granulation tissue -- doctor recommendations?

Anonymous
I'm almost five months postpartum and sex is still pretty painful. My midwives diagnosed me with some oddly presenting granulation tissue that they didn't want to treat by themselves. They referred me to an OB who's supposedly great with postpartum sexual health issues -- but she doesn't have any availability until June for just the initial diagnostic appointment. Does anyone have any recommendations for OBs who might be able to help with this issue?

Can't any OB treat it with silver nitrate? That's what the treatment was for a friend who had granulation, and she said it helped immediately and immensely.

OP here. Yes, I think any OB can treat it with silver nitrate; my midwives could, too, but they said it's not a typical presentation and so wanted me to see someone with particular skill.

Oh, sorry. I don't have a specific rec, but good luck - I've heard that's really painful.
