I'm thinking of take the kids out of town for a trip if the school is closed tomorrow.
what to know the chance of school closing for Friday. Any thoughts? |

| Last I heard, we are expecting another round of snow later today and this evening, if so, they will be closed, if not, they should certainly be able to get the schools open barring some wide power outages (but the policy is not to keep the entire county closed when some schools have outages). |

Realistically if there's no additional snow, it should be no problem to re-open tomorrow. But I'm certain that no matter what there will be no school. |

| You even have to ask if MCPS would close tomorrow? Shoot, if this storm hit on a Monday they would close for the week! Remember, all sidewalks, bus stops, etc. must be clear before they can reopen. |

Many of us in Montgomery County have 16+ inches, with more to come this afternoon. No way schools will be open tomorrow.
