GEHA federal Complaints

I posted awhile back about Federal GEHA's shenanigans.
This is an email I sent to FEHB's complaint box: FEHB@opm.gov


GEHA is delaying processing of claims to the maximum time of 45days. They are refusing to even elevate concerns for timely processing until the 30 day mark has tolled. Personally, for me they are advising it is due to a system upgrade that took place in October of 2013 (3 months ago). If there are other complaints please just add mine to the pile. It is incredibly disappointing and frustrating to pay them biweekly but still have to wait several weeks to be reimbursed for rightfully filed claims I’ve had to pay out of pocket.

If others are having problems please let FEHB know. If it is systemic it should be addressed

I'm a bit of a health insurance idiot, so can you please elaborate? What services are you getting where they do not bill GEHA directly?

Out of network. Shots not covered, dentist, most of my providers dont even accept insurance
