I think I used to get these all the time in grocery stores San Francisco's Chinatown when I lived near there. Maybe try Asian markets?

Aldi sells a very good knock off. I buy them all the time. They're stocked with the rest of the cookies under their Fit and Active branding. Made in Holland, no less.
