First: I'm not pregnant, nor am I bulimic.
I am 39 and in fairly good shape. Yesterday I was feeling sluggish. I fell asleep while DH put the kids to bed and slept from 7p.m.-8:30 p.m. I woke up with a headache. I took an aspirin, but it didn't do any good. At 10, I started throwing up. I had 2 rounds of puking and then went back to bed. I hadn't eaten anything that my family hadn't eaten. I slept until morning and woke up with a headache. Took another aspirin and now I feel fine. Any thoughts on what made me throw up? |
This happened to me recently, too. No idea why. Hasn't happened again, though. |
There are several summer bugs going around now and you may have caught one. |
It could have been a migraine. Even just a tension headache can cause nausea.
|
A virus? |
Virus |
Dunno, but I had the same thing a few months ago, so it could be a bug.
Any chance you were dehydrated? That can cause headaches and nausea. |
Gastro-enteritis virus. This has just made the rounds in my house. DC1 vomited and had fever, DC2 had diarrhea and fever.
It'll be over tomorrow most likely. For you... the rest of your household will then go down with it in turn |
It was probably brought on by the anxiety you were feeling about waiting to see if your guess was right in the baby name/snark thread. |
Exact same thing happened to me 2 nights ago. Was fine the next day. |
You are pregnant. Surprise! It's a miracle! |
Immaculate Conception. Congratulations on being Jesus' baby momma. |
My kid had a similar bug the other day. Woke up puking, fine by lunch.

I dont think she said she is a virgin. |
According to historians, Biblical and Aramaic scholars, Mary was also not a virgin. |
