| Any thoughts on local restaurants that can provide wheat and dairy-free kid-friendly food? |
| Lillit cafe in Bethesda is amazing. |

I agree that Lillit is great
Moby Dick's House of Kebob may be an option if your child likes hummus and you bring gluten free crackers. Some of the kebobs might be safe. Tara Thai claims to have safe options, but last time we went they didn't seem to know that most soy sauce has wheat. |
| Go to the food and cooking topic and do a search. There have been several threads of gluten free friendly restaurants in the recent past. |
| Z Pizza has a dairy-free, gluten-free pizza. Red Robin is also really allergy friendly (they have a binder you can look through where the allergens are divided into sections). Chipotle is also pretty allergen free, except for soy (in almost everything) and dairy (in the sour cream and cheese). |

Sticky Fingers Bakery has both wheat free/dairy free options and is delicious.
Many chain restaurants have GF options like PF Changs, Carraba's, Olive Garden. I don't know how they fair on dairy. You may also want to flip through Living Without Magazine for ideas. You can find it at places like Whole Foods. |
