DD was newly diagnosed with auditory processing disorder.
Can you please recommend a speech therapist/treatments? We live in Fairfax. Thank you in advance! |

Whoever diagnosed her should be able to refer you.
How old is your child? Have them also been tested for ADHD? (they mimic each other so it's important to make sure you are treating the right thing) |

DD is 8 and was diagnosed in Canada. We just moved in NoVa. |

OP, if you don't get any specific recommendations, ASHA has a searchable database: http://www.asha.org/proserv/ I wish they made searching by diagnosis or specialty area easier, but you can look at these on the listed STs near you.
