Please state your unpopular, secret pop culture opinion

His memoir is amazingly funny and also informative about apartheid at the same time. It’s really, really good.

Most male "comedians" are also painfully unfunny; notably John Mulaney, all the late show hosts, Kevin Hart, and Joe Rogan.

Beyonce is borderline talentless and all of the hype behind her is fake.

Taylor Swift is washed up.

Ashton Kutcher is a transparent devious creep.

There's a difference between an opinion (whether popular or unpopular) and something that's just plain not true.

I don't care for Beyonce's music, but it is a fact that she's a talented singer.

I don't care for Taylor Swift's music, but it is a fact that she is the biggest arist in the US right now. Her career is at its highest point. That is, in fact, the opposite of washed up. Like, by definition.

You can dislike something without proclaiming clear falsehoods.

The Wire is beyond corny.

The White Lotus and Euphoria are degenerate filth.

Super hero movies - ex. Marvel, DC - are all awful.

Forcing in DEI and LGBTQ characters into every show and movie has ruined everything.

It's cute how you think brainless "comedians" are writing books. It's also cute how you think an unfunny hack wrote a hilarious book. Cognitive dissonance.

The Wire is the opposite of corny, on that I think you are crazy.

I agree that it seems that LGBTQ characters have been forced into every show and movie. Is it often very forced, yes, gratuitous (esp, with lesbians), yes, unrealistic, yes. But it goes kinda far to say it's ruined everything.

If those two are average looking in your neck of the woods, you must live in a tiny town populated solely by 90's supermodels. Say hello to Cindy and Naomi for me! (Maybe I'm replying to Linda herself?)

NP. Too soon to joke about Linda re: looks. Poor thing.

You're obviously referring to the fat freezing thing, which wasn't on my mind while commenting. Have you seen recent photos of Linda? While it was a traumatic thing for her, she is still remarkably beautiful to those who see her. Swap her name for Christy's if that soothes you. Or has some imperceptible tragedy befallen Christy that you will be able to scold me for?

I think Taylor Swift is terrible and all her music sounds exactly the same. Also stop writing about your ex boyfriends and move the f on. Also she’s insufferably smug.

Billy Crystal is not and has never been funny.

Julia Roberts, Sharon Stone, and (even though I really like her) Sandra Bullock are not good actresses.

Robert Downey Jr has had his moments but his fast talking snark is getting old. He’s become one-note, like Al Pacino. I can’t watch either one now.

Tina Fey once said, awhile back, that Jon Stewart wasn’t funny. Them’s fighting words, Tina.

They are in their prime while their peers are playing greatest hits on the same rotation in residencies and by having to pair up with 2 or 3 additional bands to play large venues.

The need no supporting or shared bills and consistently bring it every time, without any two nights being the same. Every. Single. Band. Today plays the same 20 song setlist except them.

Also can not stand the Grateful Dead, and if you like them, I think less of you.
