The site administrator can verify that the account was created on October 4th to post about an event and was not used until today.

All of the carterab posts were posted from the same computer. The one thing I can't determine is when the account was originally registered. We have two systems that share registration information: 1) the front-end system where you register and login; and 2) the forums system. The carterab account had not been used in the forums until today at 14:44, but may have been registered in the front end earlier.
The user logged in to the front end system at 14:43 and immediately went to the forums, posted at 14:53, and then logged out at 14:54. As many users have found out, logging out of the front-end does not log you out of the forums. But, the user didn't even try to logout until after posting.
While it is possible that Carter saved her password in the browser, I am skeptical that the volunteer would login with her credentials. But, I guess it is possible. But, to be clear, this was not the case of an autologin or a previously logged in account.
