I take those Lil Smokies and wrap them with a half of piece of bacon then bake them in the oven covered with brown sugar. Oh my god they are so good and are usually gone in a few minutes.

the only thing I'd feel wary of is the sushi platter (if it had raw fish in it. PP, is it a non-raw sushi platter? I do love sushi. Just makes me nervous.)

No. There is a much higher peanut butter to chocolate ratio in buckeyes. Chocolate is only on the bottom half of the whole ball.
