I don't think they'd care about living in McLean or Arlington or Fairfax or Silver Spring. Or even Tenleytown. TLC will help them find/afford housing, and they'll live wherever. They're totally used to being different and making peace with people who aren't like them. They're not going to live in Loudon.

Oh absolutely not! There are certainly other ways for people to gain experience and credentials, but what are Josh's? Not that the FRC is a reputable org, but most reputable orgs would publicly list a position for people to apply and interview for.
