People who bring their dogs everywhere

Anonymous
I'm not a pet lover by any means but I've gotten used to people bringing their dogs with them. And I don't mind if it's an appropriate place. But bringing an animal anywhere that food is served is just gross. Home Depot--fine. Supermarket or restaurant--not fine.

I also don't think dogs should be allowed on airplanes unless they are with the cargo. People have allergies to pets and shouldn't have to be miserable when flying.

Cargo is not safe for dogs. I heard of a new airline which flies pets and their owners only! The people who created Sniffspot.

How about service dogs?

So now everyone else has to deal with your dog out in public? Entitlement at its finest.

We all deal with many things each day that we would prefer not to. It’s called being in public. Talk about entitled!

So many dog owners are inconsiderate, entitled jerks. And lazy AF.

FOH. There's a massive difference between "things I don't like" and "things that are illegal/unsanitary/unsafe/unintelligent". The idea of public space isn't a free-for-all.

Used to be that folx were ashamed to show their whole @ss in public...

And I'll bet $20 the person who wrote "it's called being in public" would be the first to fat-shame a human for wearing a "too small" outfit, etc.

No different from having to deal with you out in public.

Not pp, but anybody that compares dogs to humans in public is clearly a headcase. I love my pets, but I get that other people's don't, because I'm not an ahole. So they stay home.

The only people reason people bring their dogs with them everywhere is because they're 1) incredibly lazy, or 2) severely codependant (thus a complete headcase). Some few people have true, legitimate, serious medical needs, but those people are rare and their dogs are impeccably behaved.

Nope. You are one person. You and your precious dog don’t trump the general public. Do you really not understand that? Of course you don’t. Because it’s all about you.

+100
I’d add 3) starved for attention. Which also makes them a head case.

Yes, we all deal with many things each day that we're prefer not to, but inconsiderate and selfish people don't care.

Do you WANT to be an inconsiderate and selfish person? If you're bringing your dog everywhere, this is a choice you're making.

You can also choose decency if you wanted to be a decent person.

So the rules don’t apply to you?

Same thing happened at Vienna WF this week.
