So what else do you steal? From the self checkout at the grocery store? Stuff from people's porches and yards? Do you walk out of dressing rooms not paying for the things you tried on? You sound like a real winner. |
Seethe. Harder. |
One day someone will not give YOU the benefit of the doubt.
Please remember in that moment, that you did not give the benefit of the doubt to anyone else either. Do not come on DCUM to whine. |
In Virginia, it's mostly military keeping a more advantageous state residency. They are allowed to do that |
This is helpful but now that they dont do stickers on the cars here in Va how are we supposed to know? |
Shut it, tax cheat. |
It's just one person fixated on tax fraud who is replying to all the other posts. They're very aggressive and probably not in their right mind. |
Why does someone need to be given the benefit of the doubt? That's what the courts are for. If you're in the right, all will be sorted out just fine. I don't need anyone to give *me* the benefit of the doubt, because I have all my ducks in a row. I'm not a thief or cheat. |
You're a dick though, so be proud of that. I hope you stub your toe. |
It really would never cross my mind to report someone for this, and I have occasionally deliberately failed to claim deductions I was entitled to on my taxes (mostly to see if the tax authorities would notice, but the net effect was still I paid more tax than I owed). Car registration tax probably isn't even remotely the most significant tax people evade; maybe focus on helping the IRS go after big corporate cheats or rich people instead? |
Yikes. |
+1. |
I agree. The jurisdictions have those reporting links for a reason. |
I have done this. To a neighbor I hated. They got her. Lol. Very satisfying. |
I agree as well. |
