I don’t have dryness yet. 54–but periods only stopped 5 months ago.

I was fine for first few months after periods stopped but then dryness started practically overnight. Vaginal estrogen cream helps tremendously. Tried bunch of OTC options but nothing worked like the estrogen cream.
