Ideas for this weekend - I have COVID, DD is injured

This is a really disturbing post. You are sick, your husband is capable, yet your sick butt is trying to find a way to entertain your able bodied and hopefully decent brained kids for a weekend? This is beyond mom guilt and it’s sickening to me. Check yourself into a hotel and let all of them lazy mofos deal with a weekend together.

Actually I don’t like the idea of a motel. Teach them that even if you are right there they can and should be able to do things for themselves.

I don’t understand what people like this do in other situations when you can’t entertain and wait on their kids. When you have a work project? Or something big that needs to be taken care of at home?
