Yes this was me except the “no” started around 45, and became “hell no” at 49-50 when perimenopause/menopause set in. |

Yes! But you must work out.
My mother and sister love food (we all do!), but they work out daily for 1-2 hours. They are in great shape, happy and healthy. |
