How do people know their exact day of ovulation?

I had one and it was great for 3 months and then stopped consistently working. It would miss temps like 30% of the time. The tech team required too many hoops to return my equipment for a new one and so I left it alone.

Fortunately, OPKs and CM were spot on for me and I got pregnant easily using them in tandem.

Best way is to track your temperature. When I wanted to get pregnant, I started tracking my temperature a few months before. Your temperature shoots up the day/day after you ovulate and its easy to see after you track for a while. It also kind of helps you see if you are pregnant or not before you test because if you are not pregnant temp drops back down and period comes soon after. If you are pregnant, temp stays high the whole time. Anyway, some people have a hard time with the temp method, but it always worked very well for me.
